Gibson ES-175SP Pics

Gibson ES-175SP

Here are some pictures of my Gibson Custom Shop ES-175SP. I wrote about the guitar previously and talked about how it’s a unique ES-175. Unlike most Gibson ES-175’s, this one only has one pickup. The finish on this model is a custom finish and not like other ES-175 sunbursts as well.

Dan Auerbach - Trouble Weighs A Ton

Dan Auerbach Keep It Hid

This is the opening track to Dan Auerbach’s solo album Keep It Hid. Dan of course is the guitarist and lead singer of The Black Keys. I’ve had a bit of a Black Keys obsession since I first heard them about a year ago. The moment I heard the opening to Thickfreakness I knew this was going to be a band I liked. Well, since then I’d say The Black Keys have accounted for about 80% of my music rotation. One of my favorite songs by them is I’ll Be Your Man off of The Big Come Up… and it just so happens it’s pretty easy to play. When I say it’s easy to play, I mean I can play it for the most part (my apologies in advance to The Black Keys).
